Delete your RMINT account

1. Still have the app?

Profile → Settings → Delete account. That is the fastest path.

2. Uninstalled, or can't sign in?

Confirm the phone number you signed up with. We send a one-time code so that nobody but you can request deletion of your account.

3. No longer have that number?

Email concierge@rmint.co from any address and tell us the number you used. We will confirm your identity before deleting anything.

What happens

We confirm the request, then your account is deactivated immediately and permanently erased after 30 days. You can cancel during those 30 days by contacting us.
